Rental Policies and Procedures

The following policies have been established for all applicants applying for membership to ICC Austin. I understand and agree to the following:

• ICC Austin members must be at least 18 years of age at the date of move in.
• ICC Austin membership is open to students enrolled in at least 9 credit hours per semester (fall and spring) at a local, non-profit institute of higher education.
• ICC Austin members must complete 5 hours of community labor (chores) per week. This may include cooking, cleaning, leadership positions, yard work, and basic maintenance.
• ICC Austin is committed to fostering an environment for people of all identities to thrive and be able to fully participate in their community. We strive to provide housing free from harassment and we do not tolerate any form of hostility, assault, or offensive conduct, including speech, towards a person or group.

Fair Housing

ICC Austin adheres strictly to all requirements of the federal Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate against any applicant for any reasons of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
