The undersigned declares that the information on this rental application is true and correct, and understands that false statements may result in rejection of this and any future applications for housing we manage. The undersigned does further understand that all persons or firms associated with Leu Real Estate and Property Management may freely give any requested information concerning me. Leu Real Estate & Property Management will be here after referred to as Leu.
I also hereby authorize Leu to verify my past and present employment earnings records, bank statements, previous residences and/or any information given for the purposes of renting and/or leasing through Leu including but not limited to a credit check. I further understand and agree that Leu Real Estate and Property Management will rely upon this rental application as an inducement for entering into a rental agreement or lease and I warrant that the facts contained in this application are true. If any facts prove to be untrue, Leu Real Estate and Property Management may terminate my tenancy immediately and collect from me any damages incurred including reasonable attorney fees resulting there from. Leu Real Estate and Property Management agrees to provide equal opportunity housing that supports the spirit and intent of all local, state, and federal fair housing laws for all applicants without regard to color, race, religion, sex, marital status, mental or physical disability, age, familial status, sexual orientation, or national origin. Applicant may be denied for any or all of the following reasons: negative credit (including but not limited to I-9’s, collections, bankruptcies, judgements, liens), prior evictions, false information on the application, insufficient household income, current disputes with landlords, unfavorable rental references, or unfavorable employment references.

Applicant consents to allow owner/agent to verify tenancy information with previous or subsequent owners/agents. I release the owner/agent from any liability incurred in connection with the owner/agent’s investigation of me, the applicant.
The amount charged to screen each applicant is $45.00 and is itemized as follows:
- Actual cost of credit report, unlawful detainer (eviction) search, and/or other screening reports: $6.50.
- Cost to obtain, process and verify screening information (may include staff time and other soft costs): $38.50
