Rental Policies and Procedures
Please read the following policies. If you feel you meet the guidelines for qualifying, we
encourage you to submit an application.
Applicant
- Applicants must be 55 years or older to apply and must include application fee.
Application Fees
- There will be a $25.00 application fee for each applicant. Without this
fee, your application is considered incomplete and will not be processed.
- You may also pay the application fee by check, money order or cashier's check.
- Make checks payable to: Liberty Tiny Village
- Address all mail correspondence to the following address:

- These fees are NON REFUNDABLE, even if you are not accepted.
Animals
- Once the background check is approved, you will be contacted by Pet Screening.
- Each animal is subject to a $25 annual fee paid directly to Pet Screening.
- Weight Limit not to exceed: 49lbs.
- Limit of 2 animals.
- Animal breeds that are not allowed are as follows: Belgian Malinois, American Bulldog,
Dalmatian, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, Boxer, German
Shepard, Rottweiler, Pit Bull.
- All animals are subject to the Pet Addendum rules and regulations that are subject to change.
Approval and Move-In Conditions
Liberty Tiny Village will continue to advertise and consider all other applications for the
subject property until the following has been provided:
- Application(s) have been paid for, completely verified and approved.
- All Applicants have provided two (2) forms of Government Issued identification (ie:Photo I.D and
a copy of their Social Security Card).
- First month lot rent has been received.
- A rental agreement has been signed.
Rules and Standards
Liberty Tiny Village Rules and Standards are strictly enforced within the premises. During the
lease signing process, you will be provided a full list of Rules and Standards. The following
examples include but are not limited to Liberty Tiny Village Premises Rules and Standards.
- You may park two non-habitable vehicles on lot but no trailers.
- No fencing or storage buildings of any kind permitted at this time.
- Overnight guests cannot exceed 3 weeks in a calendar year without being on the rental agreement.
- No subletting or short term rentals.
- Must carry insurance on park models.
