APPLICATION POLICY

Menke Holdings Ltd. will continue to advertise and consider all other applications for the suite until the following has been provided:

• Applications have been completed, verified and approved.
• All Applicants have provided a government Photo I.D.
• Security Deposit has been received.
• A rental agreement has been signed.

RENTAL POLICIES

• Each person 18 years of age or older must completely fill out and sign an application.
• Menke Holdings Ltd. will obtain a credit report.
• Proof of earnings from social security, child support, alimony or spousal support must be documented.
• Self-employed applicants must provide three month's bank statements.
• Unverifiable income will not be considered.
• Rent payments will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account by Pre-authorized Debit on the first business day of every month.
