                    Look over the application and give us feedback on the items you would like to have changed. Send
                        requested changes to [email protected]. If you
                        require no further changes, let us know so this message can be removed.
                    We encourage you to fill out an application to see how it works.  Upon submission of an
                        application an e-mail is sent to the property manager and the information from the application is
                        sent to PropertyBoss as a Web Activity.  Once the Web Activity is executed a prospect is
                        created in the Prospect CRM module.
                 
                
                    
                        Rental Policies and Procedures
                    
                    Please read the following policies.  If you feel you meet the guidelines for qualifying, we
                        encourage you to submit an application.
                    
                        Fair Housing
                    
                    Pursuant to State Government Article, §20-702, Annotated Code of Maryland, it is the policy of the
                        State of Maryland to provide for fair housing throughout the State, to all its citizens, regardless
                        of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation,
                        gender identity, disability, or source of income.
                    
                        Application Process
                    
                    
                        - Complete the application on the next page. 
- Pay the $25.00 Application Fee for the credit and background check. 
- Submit a copy of your picture ID and one month’s worth of paystubs or other documentation
                            proving income. Email [email protected], fax 410-742-7151, or bring to the office.
                        
- Tours are scheduled after your application is approved.
- Weisner Real Estate, Inc does not hold or reserve units. Contact the office for availability
                            before submitting an application.
Application Approval
                    
                    
                        - Rental history – We review payment history, evictions, complaints, pests, physical damages, etc.
                        
- Income – Gross monthly income 4 times the rent. Recipients of rental assistance are exempt from
                            this requirement.
- Credit Score – FICO 600+ (may be higher for certain properties).
- Criminal background – 7 years, considered on an individual basis.

Approval and Move-In Conditions
                    
                    Weisner Real Estate Inc will continue to advertise and consider all other applications for the
                        subject property until the following has been provided:
                    
                        - Application(s) have been paid for, completely verified and approved.
- All Applicants have provided Photo I.D and Social Security number.
- Security Deposit has been received in full.
- A rental agreement has been signed.
